This workshop will discuss some of the legal considerations relevant to starting a small business, including entity selection, registering your business and various other legal considerations you should keep in mind as you build or grow your business. This informational session will be presented by attorneys from Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, in partnership with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program (DVAP).
